Day Rate Calendar - Work Log

Day Rate Calendar is a work log for people paid by the day, not by the hour.

Open the app, tap the day you worked, pick how many days it counts as, and you are done. Your weekly and monthly totals are waiting on the home screen.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Add the site you work at with its day rate.
2. Tap a day on the calendar and pick 0.5, 1, 1.5 or your own number.
3. Switch on the allowances you got that day.
4. Read this week and this month at the top of the home screen.

FEATURES
- Day-based, not hour-based. Half days, overtime days and decimals like 1.375 all work.
- A rate per site. Work two sites in one day and log both, each with its own rate.
- A separate half-day amount for sites where half a day is not half the pay.
- Allowances such as meals or travel added as a flat amount on top of the day rate.
- Weekly and monthly totals, plus a payout view for any period you pick.
- Subtotals by site and by allowance, so you can check a payout line by line.
- Your own deduction rates. Enter what actually gets taken off and see an estimated take-home.
- Bulk rate change. Backdate a rate rise across records you already logged.
- Optional unpaid tracking, so you can see what you are still owed.

ABOUT THE NUMBERS
Totals are your own estimate, calculated from the rates and deduction rates you enter. The app does not decide tax or deduction rates for you. This is a personal record-keeping tool and is not affiliated with any government body or public agency.
